Brad Santy, current owner of J.C. Santy Construction, proudly displays the plaque that he created in honor of Pulaski’s Centennial.  The plaque was a new kind of concrete work for Santy, and it was a personal challenge for him to create.  Santy, who went to school for decorative concrete, donated many hours of his own time and labor to create the plaque.  Thank you J.C. Santy Construction.  For more information contact J.C. Santy Construction @ 920-822-5213.
